On leaving L’Aber Vrac’h we took a shortcut through the rocks via the Chenal de la Malouine to save three miles over the main channel route. Jose looked a little nervous about being so close to the rocks but we were following a reverse transit of two fixed landmarks so it was perfectly safe with a steady hand on the helm.
