The sun sinks slowly over the Chenal de Batz between Roscoff and Ile de Batz. We picked our way up the channel earlier this afternoon, doing our best to avoid all the rocks while being swept towards them by the strong flood tide. Luckily we lived to tell the tale and can see even more rocks visible now that the tide is nearly out.
